Find Wellness in 3 Different Ways

At OPTI Health, Our Vitality Booth offers three different unique therapies to choose from – Red Light Therapy, Infrared Light Therapy, and HaloTherapy (Salt).

Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy, also known as low-level laser therapy or photobiomodulation, is a non-invasive therapeutic technique that utilizes red or near-infrared light to stimulate cellular function and promote healing in the body.

The wavelengths of light used in this therapy penetrate the skin and are absorbed by cells, triggering a series of beneficial biological responses. These responses include increased production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the energy currency of cells, as well as enhanced blood flow and the release of anti-inflammatory molecules.

Red light therapy has been studied for its potential in various applications, including wound healing, reducing inflammation, relieving pain, and improving skin conditions.

Infrared Light Therapy

Infrared light therapy is a therapeutic approach that harnesses the power of infrared wavelengths to promote healing and alleviate various health concerns. Unlike visible light, infrared light cannot be seen by the human eye but is instead felt in the form of heat.

This therapy involves exposing the body to infrared light, which penetrates the skin and is absorbed by tissues, leading to increased circulation and cellular activity. The warmth generated by the infrared light stimulates a range of beneficial physiological responses, including enhanced blood flow, relaxation of muscles, and the release of nitric oxide, a molecule known for its vasodilatory effects. Infrared light therapy is employed for various purposes, such as pain relief, muscle recovery, and improved joint flexibility.

HaloTherapy (Salt)

Halotherapy, also known as salt therapy, is a natural and non-invasive wellness practice that involves exposing individuals to a controlled environment infused with microscopic salt particles.

During a halotherapy session, individuals typically relax in a room where a halogenerator disperses finely ground pharmaceutical-grade salt into the air. As they breathe in the salt-laden air, the particles are believed to have therapeutic effects on respiratory and skin conditions. The salt is thought to help reduce inflammation, clear mucus, and promote overall respiratory health. Additionally, halotherapy is often sought for its potential to alleviate symptoms related to allergies, asthma, and skin conditions, offering a drug-free and holistic approach to well-being.

Health Benefits of our Vitality Booth

About Us

Our family’s journey included years of struggling to find treatments and therapies for our children that would actually yield results.

We resisted the trap of traditional medicine, which only treats symptoms and not root causes. Instead, we explored restorative treatments like hyperbaric oxygen, infrared and compression therapies, as well as brain health programs like qEEG and Neurofeedback.

The results were astounding.

We realized early on how beneficial it would be if these various restorative treatments were housed in one facility.

That's how OPTI Health was born.

- Aimee Rabon

OPTI Health is an amazing place, with HBOT, EWOT, redlight, brain mapping, and neurofeedback under one roof. My son has struggled with inflammation, ADHD, and mold illness for some times. Mike and Stacey and the whole staff have been amazing. We are very fortunate to have a place like this so close.
